excellent stay with great service
smooth check-in invaluable knowledge diverse selection
i found the service excellent upon arrival the reception staff including salma and abla were helpful. the breakfast had a diverse selection of local dishes and international options the atmosphere around the pool was relaxed and friendly i had a beautiful sea breeze day and night in my sea view room.

The reception service was very slow I had to wait. The breakfast was chaotic with a shortage of clean glasses and cups. The food quality was subpar resembling a school canteen.

limited food selection crowded pool area
the food selection was limited. there were not many options for someone with dietary restrictions. the buffet often ran out of popular items and refills were slow. the pool area felt too small for the number of guests. finding a sunbed was always a struggle, and the crowding detracted from relaxation.

Super Fun Stay
energetic team variety of food sea view
The animation team was excellent and full of energy. There was a good variety of food every day and the staff was friendly. The location near the promenade was nice. We enjoyed the nearby local souk. i found the swimming pool with slides very amusing. My room were clean every day and the cleaners was friendly. I was very happy with the sea view from the balcony. I was very happy with service. Imane from guest relations helped my husband organize a anniversary surprise for me at the Italian restaurant. Guest relations girls are helpful and friendly.

My room included a comfortable bed and good air conditioning, which I found beneficial. A large water bottle was placed outside my room daily by the staff. I enjoyed having the kettle to make tea.
